The art style is inspired from Yugo Sako's Ramyana : The legend of prince Rama [Anime film]. Shri Krishna and Shri Rukmini were previously born as Shri Ram and Shri Sita, Goddess Lakshmi And God Vishnu always incarnate themselves to rescue the earth from evils, that's why when He's Ram she's Sita, when he's Krishna she's Rukmini. Shri Krishna was a cowherd while Shri Rukmini was princess of Vidarbha kingdom. Later the both became the protector of the Dwarka city that's why they also known as Dwarkadhish [The protector of Dwarka] & Dwarkadhiseswari [The Mother queen of Dwarka]. Shri Rukmini is the power of Shri Krishna. They took birth to relief the burden on earth.
