Goddess Rukmini was an incarnation of Lakshmi, who was born on earth as his youngest child in the house of King Bhismak, the ruler of Vidarbha. She is considered to be the most beautiful woman of Dwapar age. She was married to Sri Krishna, the protector of Dwarka, who was an incarnation of Vishnu, the husband of Lakshmi.
